"I brought my uncle for a 1030 appointment, which I brought him at 9:40, cause they ask you to be early!!.. From 9:40 until 11:20, I witnessed a handful of people get seen and 2 walk ins go before my uncle .. He never got taken to the back, basically because he can't walk and talk for himself!! Yes, his case is rare, but he's still human and should of been seen on schedule appointment time like every one else. I wouldn't dare send a disabled person his way!!!!"
