"The wait was not long at all. As soon as the paperwork was received and payment was processed, I was sent to the back. The nurses had a positive attitude and I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this establishment."

"Tammy Burton is great. I just think this clinic can use more pointers. For example.. if the clinic closes at 7:00pm. They need to put their cut off time on the door, instead of telling people they can not accept them at 6:00pm because they’re about to close. That’s not right . Also, I sat at this clinic for 3.5 hours the other night because the receptionist say someone called me to let me know I was next in line , but claim when she called , someone else answered the phone and said I no longer needed service. If I didn’t need the service, why would I pay my copayment? Overall. Great clinic. But they move slow. And the communication with the receptionist isn’t so great !"

"Everyone nice and knowledgeable of their roles while taking care of me. I was greeted with smiles from the beginning to the end of my doctor's visit. I received the right diagnosis and medications for my complaints. They work as a team. The doctor and nurse made sure I they explained everything to me and asked for my permission before touching me. Their focus was getting me better and to come back if my treatment plan fails or if I'm not feeling better within 3 days. Dr. Sturdivant did more than the ER doctor for me. My wait time wasn't log at all. To be honest I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes at most as a new patient. I recommend Express Care for all of your urgent care needs especially when you can't get worked into see your PCP or Primary Care Provider."
