"I definitely recommend Dr. Shipp! There was no long wait like at most places. The waiting room and exam room were clean and comfortable and the staff was super nice. I had to call multiple times after having trouble with the patient portal, and each time I called, they were nice and helpful. Dr. Shipp made me feel so comfortable. She didn’t try to rush through my appointment to get to the next patient like at some places. She answered all my questions and made me feel so at ease, even with my terrible anxiety. Seriously can’t say enough good things about this place!"

"I was very hesitate because of previous reviews. Nothing but praise to this clinic. There was no long wait. The clinic is very nice and comfortable. The nurses and staff made me feel very comfortable and due to my skin appearance this was so important. Dr. McDaniel was wonderful. I actually felt like she cared about getting me better. I have nothing negative to say about this clinic. I am so thankful I found a support staff to help me through my sickness."

"I wish I could give them a 0 rating, very greedy and a liar. Before the office visit, I called them multiple times asking about a particular treatment and they said Yes for it. After getting confirmation from the receptionist, I visited the clinic and met the doctor. The doctor said they don't have that treatment and I asked the question, why did your receptionist lie to me? Shocking thing was the doctor didn't say anything about it and I left the clinic within 2 minutes. Now, just for saying "No" they sent me a bill of $95 (I have to pay 58.67 and rest my insurance is covering) !!!. Today when I called the billing department and they said they can't do anything and started arguing and being rude to me..... Even they sent mail after a month of billing......"
