Dr. David Howard

"Stay away. I was referred to Dr. Howard by a company that help military Veterens file claims. I contacted Dr Howard and he advised me he would only see me after he has revived his retainer $350 an hour and he needs 1 hour to review my records, 1 hour to evaluate me and 1 hour to write his report. I sent Dr. Howard $1050. 00 for the 3 hours on August 25, 2023. He never set an appointment. Finally he set an appointment for Sept. 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm. As the appointment time approached I checked my phone and he had sent a message at 12:03 pm telling me the link for the portal didn’t work. He said he needed to read my records before the appointment and it was too late to keep the appointment. He never scheduled the appointment. I tried several time contacting him via phone and text. He NEVER answered the phone and only answered the text after several tries/days. Finally, I asked for a refund because I’m thinking he was a scam. I wanted to find help somewhere else. He told me he’d compromise with me and only charge me an hour, and refund the remaining amount. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY HELP FROM HIM / NO APPOINTMENT AT ALL AND HE TOOK $350.00. HE ONLY REFUNDED $700 OF THE $1050 STATING HE HAS TO GET PAID FOR HIS TIME. Very sketchy business practices. Veteran went to get help for anxiety and depression, but only got more of both added! I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS SAVED!"
