"From my very first prenatal visit my fiancé and I were turned around because the front staff messed up my appointment time. Drove over an hour to be turned around. Happened countless times. You are never seen at your appoint time. My fiancé and I have waited over an hour and a half before. My NP Mackie made me feel as if I didn’t know what was wrong with me. Always made comments about my weight being too high. Completely ignored signs of my preeclamsia when I called constantly about my blood pressure being too high and for my bad swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. Ended up in the hospital for two weeks and had to deliver early. Dr Henderson was amazing and all of the nurses including the ultrasound tech are precious, though."

"I have waited over 2 hours every time I have gone. This time I got questioned by the nurse every question I asked and then was finally told “I guess you can ask the doctor”. I have never been told anything helpful other than “you should eat less carbs” when I ask about my genetic problems shown in my blood work results. Dr. Cole has sent me to an internal medicine doctor who asked why I was even sent and then he tried to do it again this visit because he said he didn’t know what to tell me. Then went to the lab for additional blood work but waited outside the door an additional 20 minutes. I finally had to go because at this point I was taking a half day at work for a yearly appointment. They called me 40 minutes later to ask where I went… then they never refilled my prescription and I didn’t realize until I am now one week from running out. I will never go back and I will turn everyone woman I know away from this place. I have never felt so unheard or unappreciated than at this place. A waste of a yearly appointment."

"The care from all the nurses was always great but the front desk people were always rude and tried to act as if they were the doctor. I needed to get my birth control implant replaced and called schedule the appointment and get the implant ordered and the lady on the phone stated that I couldn't get it replaced unless I came in for a wellness visit which is fine but she stated that she could not order it until after this visit which was not for a couple weeks. The day of my wellness visit as I was talking the nurse she said that they could have ordered it and I would have been able to get it put in the same day but unfortunately I had to wait a few more weeks to get it replaced keep in mind I had called the first time November didn't get the implant replaced until May and the implant had expired in December."
