"At 1 time this was the place to go to get the treatment you needed. Now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From a rude nurse on the phone and in person. Drs that do not want to give refills or act like you are bothering them when you ask questions. The desk person is rude and acts like you are causing them to do something they are not supposed to be doing or want answer the phone. The message on the attending drs is 5 0r more days old. What happened to the people who worked there that care and helped people? Very disappointed with the care and service of this office now."

"I do not recommend this place for treatment. I came here in hopes of getting treated on a Saturday. I was the only person in the waiting area. I signed in and after 20 minutes of waiting and observing the lady at the front counter sitting on her phone and knowing I was the only one currently on the sign in sheet, I asked if I was supposed to be checking in with her. She looked at me with a rude expression as if I was annoying her and missing the obvious stating "I don't know my computer isn't working" and looked back down at her phone. I proceeded to exit. This facility does not seem to care or even be polite enough to inform me that there may be a wait. I am ok with waiting, but there's no need to treat your patients or customers with a bad attitude assuming we know what's going on. I drove right over to Oxford Urgent Care and immediately got helped."

"copay was only supposed to be $20 and tried to charge me $120. front office girl slammed the glass door in my face. phlebotomist was rude and passive aggressive. the nurse practitioner was kind though. won’t be back."

"I am a physician from Texas. My daughter is at Ole Miss . In April she was ill and was sent to the Baptist for possible Appendicitis from urgent care of Oxford. She had been at the other urgent care and all they did was a urine pregnancy and x ray. She had been vomiting all night and they did not even hydrate her. The bill was over 200 at Oxford urgent care. She went to URGENT CARE OF OXFORD where they took excellent care of her and hydrated her, medicated her for vomiting and the bill was less than the other urgent care which did nothing for her. Today , she was sick again and she knew to go to URGENT CARE OF OXFORD , not Oxford urgent care. She was again given the best of care and they called me on the phone when she was there to inform me how she was doing . The other place did not ever return my calls . I highly recommend urgent care of Oxford. When you son or daughter is away from home it’s hard to know where to send them. I have confidence in the care at Urgent care of Oxford. My daughter has had excellent care there. The staff is awesome from the front desk to the techs and RNP’s Thank- you to all the staff. Belk Road location"
