"Dr Webb has been my PCP since before she opened her own clinic. She is my absolute favorite provider. I work in Oxford and live in Water Valley and i love that i can schedule an appointment at either location! Her staff is friendly and I've seen the same faces at both locations. The NP in Water Valley is great for my boys’ and i sick visits! I highly recommend Dr Webb and her staff"

"I started going to Dr. Webb when she opened in Water Valley because I thought it would be a small, hometown practice. Plus, a friend of mine worked there and she told me how nice the doctor was. I had no problems the first year or so that I was a patient there. However, over the last few years Dr. Webb has expanded her practice, opening two more offices, and she no longer sees patients at the Water Valley office so I have to see a NP. (I have nothing about NP’s, but sometimes there are issues I want to see a doctor for.) I’ve also found out that Dr. Webb is opening a med spa in Oxford. It seems like her focus has changed from providing care to our community to making money. Then, I was in the Oxford office a few days ago (because the Water Valley office closed for lunch and I was in Oxford so I just went there) and saw Dr. Webb in passing. Even though we have had many visits together and she has spent extensive time with me, especially in helping me get approved for weight loss surgery, she didn’t acknowledge me- walked by, looked at me, and didn’t recognize me. Her office no longer has the hometown feel if she now has so many patients that she can no longer recognize and acknowledge a long-time patient. On top of all this, my friend that worked there recently quit because of the way she has been treated by the office manager over the past few years. A workplace in which a loyal employee is being disrespected to the point of quitting on the spot is not an establishment I want to patronize. My husband and I will be changing doctors."

"Dr. Webb is the absolute best!!! Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly! Called and got appointments for my roommates and I to get Covid tests on the same day, we were in and out super quick and Dr. Webb was very comforting and helpful with all of our questions! She and her staff made us feel very comfortable during the appointment and did a great job of keeping the COVID patients separate from well patients! Love Webb Family Medical and will definitely be returning!!!"

As an out of state student, my parents wanted to ensure I received the absolute best care and wouldn't be treated as just another patient on a clipboard. Dr Webb has gone above and beyond for myself, my sorority sisters and my friends to provide us with the best care possible, which gives me a sense of safety knowing I always have her and her staff to call if I ever need anything or am struck with illness. My parents absolutely love the consistent excellent service they receive and I love the kindness and welcoming attitudes displayed by ALL staff every time I have walked into the clinic. I HIGHLY recommend all students and members of the area to receive care here, it is well worth the short drive to Water Valley!!"
