"They need to have a place for two reviews because the nurses are very curtious and helpful.So the reason for the 2 stars is the person I see Mr.Newsome at the coldwater location.I have been going to this clinic for many, many years with no issues for the first 2-3 years.Now everything changed when he left to go somewhere else for a year or two and came back.He used to be kind,talkative and always wanting to help you anyway he could.Now he is cold and doesn't seem like he wants to put in any effort.To put in prospective I have charity for the hospital and could have any test that needed to be done or any hospital stay needed covered.Yet all he does is the same routine tests every single time.I have multiple issues and one could be serious,yet I won't ever know.I don't qualify for medicaid or obamacare.Me and my husband live on disability.All the doctor ever says is see a specialist.How? I literally yesterday was crying in his office.He spent 5 minutes with me.Came back seen I was crying and said I got your meds called in and walked out.I'm so tired of being in this shape and my doctor failed me royally.Thank you so much for caring so less if I live or die..."
