"Love this office, my entire family has been using them for years"

"Please be aware of Parekh Medical Clinic will charge your insurance company for a service that wasn’t done. This matter going to get reported to my insurance company and the medical board, this is insurance fraud. The wait time with an appointment is 3-4 hours. The Receptionist is very rude except the older lady with the dark hair, but the other receptionist need to find a new job because it’s clearly that she’s burned out! The lab techs, the rude receptionist and medical assistant all need a class on customer service and a dress code they all look as if they had just roll out bed. With Covid-19 and monkey pox you would think the place would be clean. The lab techs had food and open drinks at there station you all are dealing with blood and urine. In the treatment room you could hear them talking about the other patients."

"I had been coming to this place for a while, then out of nowhere..I had this very rude woman (supposedly a physician)with a Caucasian accent argue with me via the phone one day about a previous diagnosis. I was calling in to get a refill. She tried to tell me it wasn’t what I was previously told and proceeded to literally argue with me via the phone about the diagnosis! Very unprofessional individual and downright nasty! This was during the time of COVID (11/19) and I hung up on her to keep from going back and forth. Who does that to a patient??? Just wow! I’ll never step foot in that place again! Overall negative vibes and the wait is absolutely ridiculous! No one smiles..they (personnel) just look at you like you’re beneath them. You’ve been warned!"

"This rating is for Dr Parekh only. This is our 2nd appt and have been made to wait almost 2 hrs in a room to be seen by him today. Last visit was a 2hr wait also. Absolutely unacceptable for any dr visit. They gave us a 12:20 appt today so we could be the 1st. We were just informed that he saw someone before us. I will NEVER be forced to see him again for any reason. I will take my mother elsewhere. I've never waited this long to see a specialist anywhere in the US! The nurse practitioners here are fantastic, but Dr Parekh, NOT SO MUCH!! Not worth the wait!"

"The staff are great. If you actually need to see Parekh you will need to be prepared to spend 3 to 4 hours at the office past your appointment. If you have an appointment with another doctor/nurse practitioner it can be fast. It can also take 2 hours. I am writing this at10:48. My appointment was at 9:40 and I arrived at 9:30. Great people, just don't be in a hurry."
