"November 28th, 7am approx, just after shift change I was brought by my wife to this place. They are responsible for me being alive today. I was unknowingly suffering with bilateral pulmonary embolisms in my lungs. It was because of their efforts and persistence I was diagnosed and transported to Jackson- Madison Hospital in Jackson TN. They called numerous hospitals continuously until successfully connecting with the facility that allowed me to continue breathing. I had no idea there were people of that ability and caring so close to me and my family. The professional staff and Physicians on duty that morning simply saved my life. The results of their efforts were nothing short of a God send. After 4 days in Jackson TN, I am confident that the beginning of my diagnosis was crucial and timely. To the entire facility including the person I apologized to for tracking his freshly mopped floor I am eternally grateful. Gems and riches hide in uncommon places. Had I opted to be dropped in other local hospitals the outcome would have proved less successful and I would not be able to type this message. The other places were crowded and unable to accommodate me as one by one they turned me away. This place took time and secured my survival! I can only praise them and wish this group the blessings they deserve to continue knowing their efforts, knowledge, and equipment allowed accurate evaluation and the God given abilities of all of them should be praised and appreciated. I apologize for the explicit photos but the severity cannot be described and this is only one tray of three that were removed from my lungs. There were No clots anywhere else in my body except for my lungs. I was suffocating and now I am able to breathe!"

"HONESTLY ITS NICE TO HAVE BUT THEY ARE WORSER THAN BEFORE THEY CLOSED DOWN, FULL OF WHITE PEOPLE AND THE GUY NURSE THAT CHECKS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE IS VERY RUDE HE SLAMS THE DOOR BEHIND YOU WHEN GOING BACK OUT TO THE WAITING ROOM AND HAS A VERY UNSETTLING LOUD VOICE. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW, CAUCASIAN PPL ARE CALLED TO BACK WAY SOONER THAN ANY OTHER RACE."

"Nurse Karli and all of the ER staff worked above and beyond in caring for my 7 year old son. Their medical expertise and bedside manner went above and beyond all expectations. Dr Covington especially is just amazing. The front desk is fast and friendly, and the nurses are caring and kind. They have also taken excellent care of my sister, as well.
