"Only gave this Medical Office a One star because Zero was not an option. I made an appointment for Tuesday 12/6/22 for 9:15am. I was a new patient and had completed all necessary paperwork via their portal prior to my arrival. I signed in at 8:55am and at 10:05 I was still sitting in the waiting room. I asked the front desk how much longer was my wait? She said that there was still one ahead of me and she couldn't give me an exact time. I asked to speak with the office manager. She came to the front desk and explained that they only had three available exam rooms to use because they rent out the other offices to a Physical Therapy Group certain days of the week. I'm not sure how that is my problem because they obviously overbooked their schedule, and the patients are the ones to suffer! She still couldn't tell me how much longer I was going to have to wait. I am so disappointed at their business practices and lack of care for their patients, new or existing!! I cancelled my appointment and will NEVER go back for any reason. Pretty office does NOT MAKE UP FOR POOR SERVICE TO THEIR PATIENTS!! Trust me, they don't care!"

"I saw a very young Doctor who was nice but didn’t listen very well. I came in with hip pain so bad I could barely move, and all he said was lose weight, and prescribed some steroids and anti inflammatory meds. He didn’t even examine my hip or test my range of motion. I am a woman so that is normally the first thing a Dr says is for you to lose weight. Haha, I guess I would if I could move and walk normally."

"I've been going to this clinic for several years, but now I'm looking for another facility. My insurance has been the same for years, and I've never had a problem with them covering for services there before. I received a bill in the mail this week for services last month. I called BMC and they gave me the run around , saying that it has always been that way. Little did the employee know , that I've been going there longer than she had been working there. So she said she would get someone to call me back after they looked more into it. No one ever did. The bottom line is that they didn't notify me of changes at their facility and now i got bills that my insurance could have been covered."
