"Very disrespectful to my elderly mom (94y.o). Have said things that show a total lack of compassion or care and makes her feel like she's an inconvenience to them. She's been there for rehab because she can't walk without assistance, along with other issues but they just let her lay in the bed all day. Nobody helps her up and hardly checks on her. The only time she gets up is when rehab comes by. They just don't seem to care about the patients. Just there to get a check."

"I was sent to this hospital for 3 different Infusions due to being a cancer patient and being diagnosed with covid. The care that each nurse and lab tech and the young ladies at the front desk showed me was above and beyond. The whole staff was exceptional. I wished I would have gotten all their names to thank them personally. Keep up the great work . It's medical teams like you guys that patients like me want to see. You all definitely earned 5 stars."

They were extremely well organized and everything moved so smoothly. They even offered drinks and snacks while we were waiting in line. We were very impressed!"
