"Very rude ER clerk and np that worked the night of 2/25/22. Did not treat my sister properly nor would the np speak with the family in regards to why she refused to administer medication for severe vomiting. Instead, the ER clerk came out loud talking & over talking & handed out a sticky note with lab info written on it and stated “she’s been treated & discharged now you need to leave before I call the cops!” DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!"

"Great experience from start to finish at SGH Clinic!! Katherine was so nice at check in! Mydonya was my nurse and was wonderful! Cassie, Nikki, and Jamie were very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions! I could not have been happier with the treatment I received!"

"Puckett Medical Clinic is by far the best place for sick or well visits. I recently had a visit with an insurance change. I received a statement and it did not show insurance had paid anything. I called the number for billing at Simpson General that was located on the bottom of the statement. I was not expecting a human to answer the phone. It made my day that I did not have to go through an extensive automated list to get where I needed to be. I spoke with Karen Craft and in less than 3 minutes she found the problem and made some changes in the system to get it fixed. What a breath of fresh air to speak to a live person that is so professional and friendly. Thank you Simpson General and thank you Karen!!!"

"I took my 2 year old here because she cut the “meat” part off of her finger(green bean can).. anyways. They were quick to get us back and within minutes everyone that could have been in the room, was. However, the doctor did NOT know what he was doing. I understand it being hard to stitch a small finger.. but he could barely get the stitch started period. Then he told my baby to “alternate Tylenol and Motrin”.. (pictures are attached) my baby girl needed relief and Tylenol wasn’t going to cut it. I asked and asked and he practically refused to give her anything. So after two days of my baby crying nonstop, not sleeping and barely drinking.. I took her to the clinic across the street and got her some medicine (and also some crazy looks when they saw what my baby’s finger looked like!!)... so two more days later.. same thing(screaming, crying, saying her finger hurt) i took her to Batson. Y’all.... the pictures will speak for themselves. I will never go to this “hospital” again."
