"Nobody at the front desk when we arrived or during the entire appointment time. They want you to check-in at the kiosk, but nobody available for questions. We had to knock to get someone up front, and she was not friendly. We tried to call ahead of the appointment to see if my daughter's lab orders were received. We only received a recording. Our doctor's office told us yesterday that the order was faxed, but Quest says they don't have the order. Now we are in the waiting room trying to get the order sent by her doctor's office."

"The staff( lady) handling the front desk was on duty 2/2/23 is not a people's person.. It's like she doesn't want to acknowledge your presence. Acts pure ignorant. I really can't put into words her how her attitude is but it is definitely not people pleasing. And each time I come why is the cut off time at 2 pm and the office closes at 4 or 430 . This should be reflected on the website. B. Thompson - technician - is always nice and professional- it's just the other people who makes her look bad."
