"Scripts are promptly filled. Very little wait time. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 2 Stars is because you have to make sure you check your meds before you leave! My Mom went to pick up her Prozac that was sent as an e-script & they gave her blood pressure meds instead. She doesn’t even have high blood pressure. If she wouldn’t have inspected the bottle when she got in the car, she prob wouldn’t have noticed. She brought the bottle back inside and they admitted they gave her the wrong meds. But instead of apologizing for their error and promptly correcting it, she had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fill the correct medication! Glad she didn’t take the blood pressure meds and pass out while driving. Before this issue happened, I stopped by to pick up some BC pills. The doc sent over an e-script for Sprintec. When I got home, the box said Estarylla. I assumed it was either brand name or generic for Sprintec. The pills worked fine & I filled them for the next 3 months. On the 4th month, I picked up the script & the pills were Mono-Linyah!!! Keep in mind this was supposed to be refills from the original script that said Sprintec. They are very careless when dispensing meds. They’re either prescribing the wrong medication entirely or substituting similar meds without letting their customers know. So please check your meds if you get them filled here!!!"
