"I bought my mattress about 2.5 years ago, the service was so great that I went back and bought another one from them for my spare room. My main mattress is literally coming apart at the seam. I called today and the gentleman that answered said he would send someone out and they will help me claim for my warranty. At this point I am super pleased, he didn't give me a bunch of mambo jumbo, he said he could look up the model for me. I am praying we get it exchanged, because I really truly love this bed. When I originally bought my mattress it took a couple of weeks to come in, so the manager sent this one out so we wouldn't have to do without a bed. When mine came in and they delivered it right away i called to ask if we could keep the loaner. I had to pay an additional 300 i believe it was, but very happy to do so. I say great marketing strategy on his part. lol If they come through like i expect them too i will update to 5 stars for certain and I will buy my King Size bed from them as well."
