"Ok rooms, good location ( not far from main road with everything on it) my only complaint is the breakfast. The website clearly states " Breakfast included for every registered guest " we go down and start making our plates at the average breakfast buffet. When we sat down a after making our plates a worker came and asked how we wanted to pay for our $17 breakfast. There was no signs or anything about breakfast prices. We didn't make a big deal about it to the worker but just made a note that we thought it was complimentary. Hence if we knew we would have gone to a better breakfast joint for that price."

"Was actually a nice stay and conveniently close to the airport. The shuttle service to lunch and back was great. The stay could have been even better had the Hot Tub water actually been HOT, especially for this past week with the cold weather, for general therapy and pre/post workout usage. The jets worked great, unfortunately pushing bubbles of cold water. Front desk was notified later that evening. Hopefully it will be addressed for future stays. Thanks."

"Nice stay! The reception area gave the idea of grandeur. The room didn't reflect the quality expectation after seeing the lobby. We ate dinner and breakfast in the dining area. For a cold, windy night and morning, it made it nice. They had a cook on hand."

"Great customer service (shout out to Camille) and fantastic food at the hotel's restaurant (the Veggie Alfredo and Po' Boy Catfish, specifically). Though we did have a small issue with our room, we were immediately offered a different one to remedy. The room we stayed in was clean and odor-free... a definite plus to a pet-friendly hotel. The non-refundable pet deposit is a little on the spendy side but worth it in the long run."
