"Great little resort. Quite full this week due to Mardi Gras. Bringing a trailer thru the entrance was sketchy due to the narrow entrance. Great looking pool and fun games. Many ponds on property."
"The tour/meetings is nothing like a timeshare meeting. It was a great time no pressure at all. Very affordable!!! Come check out Mr Larry and Miss Jazz they were great."
"Abita Springs RV Park is beautiful and has the best staff. They will have you feeling welcome and like you are part of the family/community only if you're visiting a few days. The pool is nice, the grounds are clean and well kept and there are lots of fun activities at the clubhouse. In fact, I'd like to give a special shout out to Deb, the activity director. She was very patient and kind to my twins. They really enjoyed rock painting, canvas painting and bingo! Deb really made our experience at Abita wonderful. Hopefully this counts for a vote for their in house contest since I forgot to fill out the form. I will be coming back one day!"
"Just became new member's. Everyone was very friendly. The staff treats their guest's like family. The property is very beautiful, clean and well landscaped. It's quiet and there is security on grounds."
"This trip was bitter sweet. We signed up for the free weekend with the provision that we took the tour. As far as the campground itself it is a beautiful place. Very well kept. The bathhouse was extremely clean and maintained. After taking the tour we were given the price which was well beyond what we were willing to spend. If we were close to retirement maybe, but not at this stage in our life. When we told the salesman Larry no, he became very rude and short with us. I explained I may be interested one day and asked for a business card. He refused saying he did not want to find it as litter on the grounds after we left. He also insinuated that I was a liar and had no intention of ever becoming a member. Later that day he then drove past our campsite multiple times day giving us dirty looks. Again the campground itself is beautiful, but be prepared to be treated like dirt and insulted if you decide not to become a member."
