"Bed bugs ( something has red spots on my leg) , nasty room., outdated look like poop was on shower wall, carpet filthy, door filthy, stain in bed( slept on blanket and left at 6am…. Just a nasty place Room 105"

"Our room was not very clean. The bathroom in particular was gross. The room was also dark and smelled like smoke. It seems to be a favorite for hunters and wildlife sorts. Lots of muddy mega trucks with gun racks in the parking lot. That might just be the normal northern Louisiana resident."

"Housekeeping is absolutely horrible. I stayed there for almost 2 months because I was working in the area. They didn't wipe off any surfaces, sink, bathtub, shower, vacuum the floors, clean the toilet or change the sheets. A coworker had bed bugs in his room. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and extremely apologetic when I complained. I complained to the manager and he could care less if patrons are comfortable or happy during their stay. In my opinion the manager and house keeping staff need to be replaced."
