"I come here cause they have the things I need. BUT, they don't let you browse the store without an escort. Soon as you walk in, they immediately interrogate you about what you are looking for before you get 5 feet from the door. Then they will follow you with 2 feet and watch every move you make. Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere and very intrusive. They treat everyone as if they are a criminal."

"I bought a 10×20 medium duty tarp for $35. While bungee the end the whole end ripped off so I stapled it to the trailer... 10 miles down the interstate the other 3 sides ripped off and the whole thing blew off... I called to complain and then put me on hold 3 times and I spoke to 3 different people... here I am out on the side of the interstate picking up my personal stuff... seriously Wasted $35 and lost a box of pictures that I can never replace..."
