"If you are looking for a place to get a mammogram and a breast ultrasound done don't come here. The techs are wonderful it's the physician who read my Ultrasound and mammogram that is horrible. I was referred to get a biopsy and see a breast surgeon. So after speaking to my PCP she advised me to see the breast surgeon at West Clinic. I handed the woman at the front the disk from my scan. I saw others handing the woman a manilla envelope too. I went to the back thinking I'm going to have another mammogram and Ultrasound done only to be told they didn't see anything that was abnormal. I was told by the RN and the front desk don't go to Flinn due to do many false readings. Go to Baptist, Methodist, or West Breast Center. I don't know if George miss read my film or he has his hands in to many pots ( radio, politics, spa etc) and wasn't worried about actually taking the time to look."

"He is amazing and his nurse is also. I have serious “white coat syndrome” and he made me feel so at ease and helped calm my nerves. His nurse even held my hand. 100% recommend them. I was almost in tears when I went back and was smiling when I left. Btw- he also gives out suckers **nostalgia**"

"After receiving a phone call from Dr.Flinn’s office this morning. Recordings should definitely take place during phone calls, the way Pat Smith (and one other lady I talked to when I called back) was yelling at me & becoming upset shouldn’t be allowed and the second lady (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) really got upset when she realized that the problem was on their end and I said I have proof that everything on my end was done correctly. She responded with why does that even matter now. Well, it does if you all are threatening me with more payments and sending it to collections."

I love how clear the ultrasound sound machine shows the images and that you are able to watch everything on the screen. I would highly recommend the downtown locations to others looking to have a ultrasound or procedure done. I left with a smile on my face!"
