"On Wednesday Jan. 31 2018 my dad. 71 years old had brain sergury last month. He has had swelling in his legs since then and has been getting his legs wrapped at wound care center. On this day of the 31 my dad seemed to be having a hard day being weak and trouble breathing when he was brought in so we told the nurses and said we were going to take him straight over to the ER. they advised against that because the flu is going around and said we should make an appointment with his general Dr. So ( 20 minutes ) after leaving the wound care center as he arrived at home and was getting help to get out of the car, he slumped over and he started to become unresponsive. 911 was called! When he got to the hospital they say he has a collapsed lung and was in septic shock! We were advised to file a complaint at wound care center. Two days in a row they person in which you file a complaint with is in a meeting and does not return a call. Just want my dad to get better and should have been admitted to hospital as soon as the wound care center seen him."
