"First time visiting this place and I’m not sure why I was ever hesitant about going. The staff were exceptional! Friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice, neat and clean. I did the full body Cryo, Normatec compression, and the cryo facial. It has only been about 12 hours but I am already feeling the positive effects from the cryo treatments. The normatec compression was almost instant..I definitely recommend this if you have sore leg muscles or leg pain."
"I have been doing cryo for almost 3yrs, this place was the absolute worst place. Waste of money. Only reason I came here, was because Fitness Factory does not operate on Saturdays. Girl @frontdesk said they start @213 degrees Fahrenheit so I paid for it upfront, but when I got in the chamber it started ay 54 degree Fahrenheit and worked up to 213 degree F’ that was false representation. She offered my money back so I look forward to that and in hopes to receive what I need elsewhere. My body surely needed the treatment and so so disappointed. What was worse, the girl’s explanation which was complete nonsense. How you all managed such a high rating is mind blowing. Complete waste of money’ OMG! My body is screaming for a good cryo session! Ugggg"
