"If I could give this place a zero star I would. My nails are bumped up and the white I asked to be placed on the tips of my nails is not even even with my nails. I took my daughter and she has an indention in the acrylic of her nail. do not go here.t Trash."

"In my experience, VIP is over priced. You be the judge, though. I paid $137 for gel mani and pedi (no acrylic). No prices are posted or handed to you in a list. My thumb was not totally dry. I ended up peeling it off for fear that i might develop an allergy. My daughter paid $57 for no gel pedi and $25 for no gel mani. That chipped that same day. My son got a pedi for $30 and I'm still trying to figure out the price difference of $27 for a no nail polish pedi vs a regular nail polish pedi. I'm new here so I've been trying out different places to see which I'd like to stick with because i prefer to be consistent as i only get two days off to get self care done. Needless to say, this one isn't it UPDATE The gel on another nail has started to peel. Hands down this has been the most disappointing experience ever for manicures. Got my nails done Monday and today is Wednesday. I really hope the owners reconsider how they do business because it's a complete scam and customers don't deserve this experience."

"My pedicure was very fast and rushed. I was not able to communicate with my technician. I was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted. Barely any time or attention was given to me. This is probably the worse pedicure I have ever received. $36.00 basically to have my toes polished. I will not be going back."

"Nails were rushed. They’re also very thick. One nail is barely even connected to my nail, when I went to get it fixed one of the women packed it with nail glue.. not resolving the issue. I got short French tips and regular pedicure for $112.These nails haven’t been done a full 24 hours. I asked for square square, sharp edges, however, he could not get the shaping right. Very nice staff though."

"Very friendly and welcoming but i just can't seem to get my nails done right. Before I leave, it already looks like i need a refill. My nails look like they have wobbles in them. One side is hilly and the other flat because when they are being shaped and drilled and things they are half done and rushed. I'm disappointed because i care about my nails and money and i feel disrepected and unappreciated."
