"Had originally given this place 5 stars. Have been a VERY regular customer for years and years. New ownership has taken place (again). Never had issues before when this happened but this time SOOOO much is changing...from the stock selection, to the prices, to my cosmetologist discount...smh Disappointed in the new changes i find myself now bypassing this store driving 3 blocks out of the way to go to a different one that keeps everything in stock, has a great hair selection, typical pricing, and my discount is valid on ALL items. TJs is much more convenient to my salon. I shopped there 3 to 5 times a week. I even sent my clients there to shop for particular items. I will definitely miss them.
