"I've been trying to get child support for a year now. Every time I call to find out about my case I'm having to submit paperwork that has already been submitted. Having to take off work even though I'm the only one supporting my kids. It's ridiculous. I don't think I've seen more of an unprofessional and disorganized office. Get it together. EDIT: here we are two years later and absolutely nothing has been done. This is ridiculous."

"Worst child support service ever! It's not child support because they do everything but support the kids. Holding payments that they have already received and even sign paperwork that they didn't even show in the system as being signed. It's already hard out here and they want to just hold checks in their office, making the father be more behind than they already is. It's ridiculous"

"If I could give a negative, I would. My case had been going on for almost 3 years. It’s so freaking ridiculous. Now I have to hire an attorney something I shouldn’t have to do when the state has alllllllllllll of his information. My best advice to anyone, get an attorney. If you can hire one, look into other options. I feel like some sort of a Class A lawsuit should be filed. This is stressful and ridiculous! Update: 4 years later, I went ahead and just hired an attorney. This place should be shut down."
