"We traveled for our business we booked our room and was OK with the price.. As we arrived for chec in right off there was 2 ladies behind the desk one checked us in the other lady I believe had something to do with housekeeping... by the way they were talking about checking rooms.. I'm would never stand there and talk about no employee making fun of them that's a big complaint I have with those 2 ladies... and we had a housekeeper that would clean our room as we was staying there she was super sweet so very polite and was very hard working and very helpful... THE HOUSEKEEPER NAME WAS MELISSA... WAY TO GO SO VERY PROUD OF YOU KEEP UP THE HARD WORK... BLESS MELISSA ..."

"We stayed here almost 2 weeks after a death in our immediate family. I found blood on my pillow case the first night & on 1 sheet the next night (I overlooked it the first night). The room & all furniture was very dusty & there were dust balls in the bathroom floor. It needed a very good cleaning....even a mediocre one would have helped. There was no stopper in the sink the first night but one was added after we requested it. One day the washcloths were so threadbare you could see through them & we asked for replacements. The towel holder by the sink fell off the wall three different times before it was finally secured. Even tho the towels were supposed to be replaced every other day we had to ask for clean towels. The beds were not made up even tho they were supposed to be every other day. Places on all 3 floors had large bleached spots on the carpet & wallpaper was peeling off on each floor. The hotel definitely has deteriorated in quality since we first started staying there."

"I stayed here while attending and event nearby. It was a perfect stay! Clean rooms. Comfy beds and bedding. Super accommodating and friendly counter staff. Easy 5☆'s all the way around!"

"Very clean hotel, awesome staff. Celstin, one of the staff members, when above and beyond and helping me as I had an issue with the tires on my vehicle. He went above and beyond in making sure that our issue was taken care of going so far is to making sure he personally attended to the issues I had. The night staff when we came in was very professional and friendly and offered us bottled water. The room was clean and quiet. We had a great sleep. The next morning, as I said Celstin help us from the moment he found out about our issue, until it was complete. Then Chad the day manager, suggested a fantastic place to eat nearby the Hampton. Overall, this experience made us customers for life. I do not believe that I'll ever stay and another motel chain."

"There were two ladies that worked from 7am to 3pm. They were AWESOME! However, the rooms were messy. We showered with shoes on. The sink was stopped up and leaking, and the tiles were cracked and broken. I just couldn't understand why black and pink mildew was crawling up the shower in room 402. Lamp shades were worn and cracked. The hotel needs serious upgrades. See pictures. I paid $202 a night for this. And that was a discount. I spoke with the front desk upon leaving, and they offered a discount. I haven't seen the discount yet, but I'll check my cc statement. I almost forgot, I was able to check in without my ID being checked. It was a late checkin on Friday 11/10. I just gave my credit card and swiped it myself. That's new to me. So, if housekeeping can get their stuff together and the hotel upgrade some things, my rating would be better."
