Walgreens Pharmacy

"Came to this pharmacy to get my medicine filled because our hometown pharmacy does not carry it because of the cost. Came at 1150 am and they asked me to come back after 330pm to pick it up. I live 25 minutes from town so no. I wish big businesses did not get better treatment than our local pharmacies from pharmaceutical companies! However, they did up it from 3 and 1/2 hour wait to 15 minutes. If I could have it filled at helping hand, I would just have to pull up and wait maybe 5 minutes ☹️"

"I went in yesterday trying to get photos printed off my phone. After waiting almost an hour I was told that the photos was printed but I couldn’t receive them because she didn’t have the tape to ring me up. I pleaded with the cashier and explained I was from out of town. She stated that there was nothing she can do,. Her attitude was a bit nasty so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was named Yalonda. I explained to her that I was not from this areas and the pictures were already printed and I wanted to pay for them and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my pictures. She also was not sincere and looked as if she didn’t care and said someone would fix it in probably an hour and she couldn’t sell me my pictures. I was very disappointed. They could have told me the machine didn’t work and I wasted countless time trying to get my pictures. Customer service was very bad. I wouldn’t spend another dime in this store. I went to the other location on Halls Ferry Road and I had no problem!!! Kindness and good customer service would have went a long way!!"
