"We visited here from Texas, this spot was better than any of the locations in Texas I have ever been to. The girl who helped us was very nice and the cup was 100% full. Most of the time I got a half cup at my residence and that is why I stopped Starbucks and purchased a breville. Absolutely recommend to travelers"

"We parked a moving van and trailer in the lot next door, going to grab coffee and a pup cup before a 10 hour day started. Blond woman in her 50s, working the far station in a white shirt and no apron, informed us we couldn’t be inside because of our 7pound dashound puppy- who had been inside sooo many Starbucks in her life that she knows the smell of Starbucks . So we leave Vicksburg disappointed with a woman yelling “god bless you” on repeat across the store louder than I can speak to her on our way out. Starbucks is supposed to be known for their friendliness and hospitality… I suggest to people on the road to drive the extra 30 minutes to the next city and not to stop here."

"Pulled in next door in a moving truck. NOT pet friendly…at all. Couldn’t order, couldn’t drive through. First time I’ve ever had an issue after many many thousands spent. It’s this location, I’d say don’t waste your time here. Weren’t even nice about it. Two thumbs down. Finding coffee on the road at another business"

"First of all, I waited about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. After I finally ordered, it took another 15 minutes. When I received my coffee, it was tepid. They were very busy, but I think that customer service could be better. By the way, I ordered a tall dark roast ☕️."

"The wait took so long I finally decided to pull out of line without ordering because the cars didn’t even move once. Editing this weeks later to add that I tried again and this time there was no wait but the first thing you are greeted with is a paper sign saying they are out of all of their holiday flavors minus the peppermint chocolate, so about 7 flavors. I just don’t understand why a corporate business can’t be more efficient and get it together."
