"I was there for the 13th special with my friend I got my piercing and we were told to sit on the couch to wait for my friend’s piercing (we had already been there for 4 hrs and 1 hrs on the couch) we finally get spoken to and we were told “i didn’t ask what you were waiting on you need to move” so I was confused but I abridged and moved then the lady started to scream and yell at us saying that we’re already been pierced and we need to leave but my friend was not so I was confused so much I was speechless and she continued to be very hostile and rude and yell so we left because that was uncalled for needless to say we will not be returning."
