"This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Their business page says they close at 7:30, and the times on the door don’t even have a closing time posted. I came at 5:55, while there were two people they were working on. I asked if it was too late for them to do my nails, and all I got was an attitude. The woman agreed to my nails and asked what I wanted, I said French Tip. The work was rushed and sloppy. The tips weren’t even glued all the way down. I have never seen a french tip manicure this thick, I was appalled. I realize it was late, but I was still there an hour and a half before closing. If you don’t want to close at 7:30, then please change your closing time online or put something on your door. The work was pathetic, and I have been getting my nails done here for AWHILE. The work was always very good in the past, but this experience just completely ruined my outlook on this business. I got them done on a Saturday, it’s currently Tuesday, and my nails are beginning to lift."

"Normally have a great experience here but yesterday the woman who did my fill in was horrible. She hit every one of my cuticles with the Dremel tool then she didn't even do a good job with the fill. Did a excellent job on my eyebrows though. This is my first bad experience here."
