"First let me say that this is a cool place for the kids..but DO NOT let them con you into signing up for the membership. It was not explained to me at all that this was a monthly membership that would be auto-drafted accordingly. They made it sound so good, for another $5 you can bring your kids all week...i should've known better when they accepted all but $1 from me in cash, but i now understand it was to get my card information on file. You got me this month with that bullshhhhh business yall conducted but believe me it won't happen again."

"We’ve always had an incredible experience. However, in December the front desk attendants worked hard to talk us into a membership. I explained that we live an hour away so a membership wasn’t feasible. Plus, after the new year we’d be busy with sports anyway for a membership. They were unrelenting that is was cheaper…to simply cancel before the month was up. So we did it. We canceled before the month was up and we’re still charged both for December and January despite being assured from both front desk attendants and an online customer service personnel named Tamara we wouldn’t be. We still were. The promotions aren’t transparent and personnel aren’t knowledgeable or forthright. Something is amiss if not unethical. Update: they reversed the additional charge but it took a real review for that to happen. Nonetheless, we want to come back. We loved that place. Just wanted transparency and fairness."

"My family comes here often, the staff are wonderful! Destiny Gillespie, and Audrey Wheeler were the cashiers for today they were awesome they got the long line down getting members in and helping the other customers with feeling out waviers! I would always recommend families to come here!"

"If you like customer service this is not the place to go. Where should I start? The smell when you walk in said alot after I walked around inside. The floor almost took my shoes off because it was so stick. The staff spend most of their time on the phone. I had to help the children get on the zip-line. There was only one person working watching the kids. Yes parents were watching but there were some things that they were doing that they should not have been doing. The staff spent majority of there time on their phones. I felt bad for the one young lady checking everyone in while everyone sat behind her on their phones. To be honest, I thought there was not a manager there. I was wrong. She came out the back like she had been sleep. I am not saying she was but that is what she looked like. Once we got into the party room. We almost had to ask repeatedly for the things that we needed for the party. We were met with attitudes. I guess because we had them doing there job. The employees (except the one checking everyone in) here were everything that you do not want in an employee. I was very disappointed. Wait, I almost forgot about the water on the floor. Instead of bringing a mop and a bucket. Someone decided to drag the mop to the room. Which caused a little boy to fall hard on the concrete floor. That right there would have been a lawsuit. No one even thought to put out a wet floor sign. I watched an employee eat stuff out of the snack machine then leave it. She did not clean up after herself, so what does that tell you. Oh my, I thought I was done. The bathroom. Only one stall had tissue and it was almost out. There was a bad smell coming from the boy's bathroom that was still there when we left an hour after I first noticed the smell. The only reason I did not give them 1 star because hate is a very strong word that I do not like to use. When this place first open under another name the staff was amazing. So disappointed for how corporate has allowed this place to turn into. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady who worked alone while others sat behind her on their phone. One actually got up when she saw me taking pictures. ONE guy was playing so much I did not realize he was part of the staff. DEFY there is still hope. You can come back from this review but better management is needed first. Until changes are made, I do not recommend this place. I forgot the pizza for the party was cold. Not warm cold. It was like the it had been sitting out for hours not minutes. It was cold."
