"They're clean friendly store to shopping very friendly service"

"I’ve always been satisfied with the service at this particular Walgreens. This evening, I made the mistake of having prescriptions sent to a different store. I called this pharmacy an hour before their closing, and they processed my toddler’s prescriptions within 30 minutes. After the disappointment I was dealt with at the other store, I felt helpless, but I’m glad I called this pharmacy. I am so thankful for the pharmacist and tech/intern saving me from an unnecessary trip to the ER. My toddler is breathing and sleeping better tonight."

"Yeah. I will never use this pharmacy again. Terrible bedside manner, and sure as hell didn't appreciate the judgemental attitude toward my medication that was upped in dosage Via personal care provider. Making me wait almost an additional month for my mental health medication all the while being made to feel like I was doing something wrong."

"I'm trying to set up a friend for a COVID test and the Walgreens website won't allow it.. it's trying to send me to Louisiana for testing.. the website is not working correctly. So I called this Walgreens and they say I needed to call the 1-800-Walgreen that after a whole lot of run around w phone bots ultimately got me hung up on... This company is too big to give a care about their customers... To lazy to help or even have effective technology."

"The head pharmacist is terrible and super rude! First time I experienced such horrible bed side manners not only in Biloxi but by any health care specialist. They should bring someone in that understands how to care for people. She has to be from some other state, Just horrible. Everyone else here is very nice. She needs to go. I will transfer my prescription as soon as I get home so I never have to deal with her horrible attitude."
