"Better go through the drive through with this one. Ordered in the lobby and after my order was made I watched at least three people that came in the drive through after I got there got their orders before I got mine."

"Nothing really special. Staff is always quick and nice. The food is as to be expected but this location actually understands what "extra" on an item means. Overall this location is a good spot if you have the munchies or are just hungry for Taco Bell."

"The lady at the drive through sounded like she was high on something. Repeated my order back to me correctly, but when I was gave my food, there was hardly any meat on the tacos, my Supreme tacos that I paid for were not Supreme, my chicken chrispanada was hard as a rock. Point being if you want to pay for all of the good parts and not get literally any of them go to this taco bell. I've tried over and over again to use this store but they consistently mess EVERYTHING up. -3/10"

"Food is always room temperature warm and sloppily put together. It takes them a long time to prepare your food even when it's not busy. The employees clearly see you waiting to be helped but do not help, they ignore you. I've walked out two separate times because of them doing this to me. They don't even tell you that they'll be with you as soon as they can. One of the times I walked out, one other person walked out as well. They employees act entitled as if you owe them something or they're doing you a favor by taking your order. One time I saw the tall skinny African American guy wearing the drive thru headphones on hanging out in the parking lot with a few girls during lunch time. They were clearly busy and the employees working inside looked overwhelmed. He strolled back in, saw us customers waiting to be served at the counter and walked past us into the back totally ignoring us. I won't ever be back to this mismanaged location. Burger King is just down the road where the service is better and the employees do their job."

"I ordered a Gordita crunch. All the taco meat was on one side of the shell, the cheese was not melted on the gordita like its suppose to be. I was a hot mess. I worked for taco bell in TX for over 6 years. We definitely take pride in our work. La not so much. Very disappointed"
