"The uncleanliness of this place! The theater seats smell like a week old cheese ball! The bathrooms smells like rat piss! There are only 2 workers in the place; so you have to purchase your movie ticket and concessions at the counter! I’ll never go back inside of this place! Pure nasty"

"This place sucks…. I am very close to canceling my unlimited membership over this location. The staff are lazy and condescending. The place is always icky and dirty, needs a deep cleaning. They give you maybe an inch of ice in the cup, plus no Coke products!!!! They don’t even have true food, only hot dogs. Other Regal locations have burgers, pizzas, tenders, etc. The volume is always deafening, way too loud. I have to bring ear plugs to protect my hearing. Now, I know they aren’t all that busy but the last couple times they skipped right through the seat selection screen. The entire point of the new system is select your seat online or in person on the screen based on first come first serve to avoid issues with seat saving, fights, etc. I don’t like not having a ticket without my exact seat number. Petty I know but when there is nobody in line behind me, no need to pass over that screen. That is sheer laziness. It just sucks this is the closest one to where I live, and I already have to drive 30 minutes to get here to begin with."

"Went to this theater for the first time. I bought a hot dog combo, the hot dog must have been on the roller since last year. The movie I saw was The Color Purple for the 3rd time and the picture was kinda blurred, it was dark and the contrast was off. The movie didnt fit the screen. It was not a good experience. I wouldn't take a flea to this place. The Movie Tavern off 190 is the best in the area. Regal is dated and not clean."

"All I can say is never again!!! First and last time going there. This place is so nasty and ghetto. The movie was supposed to start at 9:10 pm. They started the movie at 9:35. They also left these very bright lights on in the theater while the movie was on. Couldn’t see the movie on the screen. We had to ask management to turn the lights off. The manager look at me like she cared less. Will never ever return. This theater needs to be shut down."

"Went today this place is very nice!!! Whoever gave them one star are competitors maybe??? It is clean, had all the newest shows!! Great seats and beautiful!! Yes there was a coed bathroom but it was clean and had baby changing table and no urinal!! No smell or mildew??? And I am very picky about smells!!! My only thing was Pepsi products yuk!! Lol"
