"I try to avoid this pharmacy as much as possible, the only pharmacy on par with this CVS is Walgreens, and that isn’t a compliment. I can never get my medication filled here. Everytime i call I’m put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time (which I’m on hold right now wow!) only to be hung up on as soon as someone answers. I need to know if they carry my medication, the stuff that I need to live, but I can’t get anyone on the phone to help. Everytime I go in person I’m treated terribly when asking questions. Seriously avoid this place at all cost. The management is terrible, service is terrible and they probably won’t have your medication anyway so best not to waste your time & money."

"If I could give zero stars I would . Customer service is AWEFUL. Literally waited months for a medication, called down their to check on the status for it since I had two medications available for pick up. For them to tell me “tHeY aReNt TaKiNg nEw pAtIeNtS” said per the pharmacist “Shawn” or whatever his name is. So when told I’ve got that medication filled there before and I am not a “new patient” they said they don’t know what to tell me . This pharmacy has their heads in their a$s. Definitely wouldn’t fill any prescriptions at this location."

"Absolutely disgusting experience here. My mother was trying to pick up her prescription and the male pharmacist was incredibly rude to her. He was on some sort of power trip and wouldn’t even let her speak without degrading her. By the end of the conversation they are unable to fill on of her prescriptions so she asks if she can just get her other prescriptions that were already filled. The man then starts waving her filled prescription around and keeps taunting her say “Oh you mean this prescription???” like she was some sort of dog. After him doing this five times and her telling him to just give it to her she is so frustrated she ends up leaving without any of her prescriptions filled. Even the woman behind the man was appalled by his actions and had her hands covering her mouth. This is the most disgusting experience I have ever had anywhere and this male pharmacist should be held accountable."

"It’s very hard to find anything good to say when it comes to CVS. I’m stuck with CVS thru medicare plan. I try to find good in every situation. So today I called CVS with a request and it was taken care of immediately. That does not happen at CVS. Thank you Elizabeth. Five stars goes out on my service today. If you can review the bad you should be willing to review the good also."

"Had to pick up a prescription from this location and was waited on by a pregnant girl, I believe she was also the associate I spoke to on the phone when I called earlier that day. Hands down the worst customer service I have received in years. Being that I'm a district manager I felt that the company should be advised that this associate should not be working with customers due to her tone and lack of creating a positive customer experience. Maybe she would serve the company better as a stock person or operations..."
