"This morning I arrived at the D'Iberville Mississippi location at 8:45 a.m. with my parents (81yo) and my grown daughter (32yo)in order to be one of the first 30 customers in the store to receive the coupon as we all needed shoes. BO was the employee who handed us our coupons and was the only employee ringing customers up. BO was rude and derogatory. When we got to the register I ASKED BO if everyone could go and I could pay for everything myself. After everyone left (to make a long story short) he refused to let me use our coupons. He said " you didn't ask me if you could use coupons" and " I knew you had them because I gave them to you".I had to make my 81 year old father get out of the car and come back inside and make my daughter leave the nail salon across the parking lot and come back as well. He even said " I should make you go to the back of the line". I had to ASK twice for the senior citizens discount ( which resulted in an almost $50 price difference!). Shoe Station, it is customer such as myself who keeps your doors open and pays the paycheck of employees such as BO. His behavior was so rude that the customers in line behind me were apologizing for his behavior. I ASKED BO if it was ok for everyone to leave and me to check out. All he had to do was politely say "no". Instead he went on a tirade that was completely uncalled for, un necessary, degrading and embarrassing. IF I go back to this Shoe Station, it will not be when BO is there. But I can just as easily shop elsewhere or on line. What should have been a pleasant family outing still has me upset 12 hours later as I write this review."

"Great Selection - Great Prices - Great Staff! I originally ordered shoes online and forgot to pick them up. Two months later, I remembered. I never received a call or email reminding me. The staff was great with helping me. I wasn't able to find the shoe in the size I needed, so I requested a refund. In the beginning, I was given a number to call for online orders, but Mr. Richard made a call, and while still in the store, I receive a notification of a credit that will post to my bank account. Awesome job helping with my situation, Shoe Station staff."

"Everyone was really nice They seem to be getting in a lot of new stock. New shoes new clothing sure a lot of clothes in there it seems to be that they're adding to just everything shirts shorts. I'll be going back in a few days I'm sure it won't be as busy but busy is good. If you sign up online before you get to the store you get 25% off your purchase . So much talk on sale right now. Great store clean, great prices you can't beat it really impressed."
