"Corporate: This is for the Cordova and Germantown road location across from Farmers Market. They do not meet the minimum demands of the community they are in. They will have 3 cashiers on the clock but their drink stations are always dirty and EMPTY. No lids for weeks. No cold cream and drinks for months, and they have a self check out. What are they doing on the clock? This is POOR business management!"

"There is no way to wash the windshield as the containers are dry and full of trash."

"I go to this store a lot and most of the cashiers are fine but the lady with the oxygen mask is never pleasant. Today she told me she was leaving and I told her I was at her station because the other register said please use other register. So I move over to wait for the other cashier while oxygen lady helps 2 other people. It’s always something with her. Will not be going back."

"I used to not shop at this location because of the poor management and team skills that the store was always very very dirty. I started coming back to this location back in August of 2021 and apparently upper management has heard our pleas guys because we have a team in here of ladies that are absolutely awesome. True Southern Hospitality has finally come back to this area I will be making this my permanent store. THERE ARE THREE STORES ON THIS ROAD AND I ONLY SHOP THIS ONE. The coffee is always hot and stocked, polar pops are stocked and working, the bathrooms always smell like oranges or lemons now, and the food is always fresh and hot.Now everything has a date sticker and the ladies are always nice and will go out of their way to make sure we leave happy. The new store manager name is Roze and she is doing a fantastic job. However i noticed that this is the only location out of the whole area that the store manager does not have an office though. Give that girl an office she deserves to sit down from time to time."

"Just left this location. I was getting a drink from the drink machine as the store manager proceeded to yell across me to her employee at the register. She then asked the employee a question and when the employee didn’t answer right away, the manager said to the person she was in the phone with “she’s just retarded”. As a store manager that’s no way to talk about an employee. That’s no way to talk about people in general. The cashier was very nice."
