"I don’t mind waiting or anything, but when you tell me yea we’ll get you next and two more people come in appointment or not.you ask me can I wait another 30 minutes to get my hair cut. I personally think it’s wrong to lie and tell me I’m next especially when I waited for 30 minutes. Never had a problem until now. Don’t tell people you’re going to see them when that’s a lie.
