I had been wanting a specific hairstyle for a while now and no other hairstylist I've been to was able to make it happen. Brian pulled it off and surpassed my expectations. He spent a full 5 hours on my hair, making sure it was perfect, and wouldn't let me leave without being 100% satisfied. He talked me through every move he made to make sure I understood the process and understood what I would need to do to recreate the style on my own.
