"I went in to get my roots touched up. I came out with my roots darker than when I went in. No idea what this girl was thinking or doing. I thought maybe it was just the lighting in the salon, but when I got home, even my husband said, “Didn’t you go in to get that fixed?” I called and left voicemails and even sent text messages for somebody to please call me back so I could see if I could come back in for somebody to fix it. Nobody ever returned my calls or texted me back. I highly suggest going somewhere else."
