"I messaged them on Facebook before I posted this to understand why this happened.... just stood at the front door that was locked while everyone stared at me and didn't acknowledge I was there. 3:30 close at 4. .......This was the response......Sir we have been packed all day . Our staff is tired and it was 30 minutes early. We were here from 9 -3:30 today and we barely were able to eat lunch . So as the owner I have to know when my stylist have had enough. I am so sorry we weren’t able to speak with you . We were trying to clean up so we can leave at 4:00 . If you want to return next week we will be rested and able to give you a quality haircut. Could you imagine if businesses closed early because they were busy and tired? And after working a whole 6 and a half hours! I believe a majority of people would think it's laughable that this is your response. Maybe post your hours until 3:30 knowing that you may put in those tough 6 hours so you have time to clean before you leave."

"I really like this salon. No appointments, each service can be priced separately. I am pretty low maintenance, I usually only want my hair trimmed and bangs trimmed. I got both for $18. No shampoo, no styling etc. It's certainly available if that's what you want as well as color, perms etc. The point is, you can actually budget your hair care. I like Sarah. She's professional and engaging. She actually listens to what I want and is sure she understands before she cuts. So glad I found them."
