A New Creation

"I moved to Picayune recently. Was referred by a coworker. I made an appt with Tricia. She called on Thurs evening to cancel my appt. She said that another stylist could cut my hair on Sat instead of her. Ok, I called the salon Fri morning to see about the appt. Answering machine. Left a message and my number. Called back 3 times to check on appt. No answer & no return phone call or text! Finally at 4:50 someone answered the phone. Said Kennedy was suppose to have called me, guess what! NO phone call. She said that she should call me later. Still haven't heard from anyone at the salon & now I don't want too. Sad way to do business. Very unprofessional."
