"Very disappointed in this company. 2/15/19 my husband was in the south bound lane and truck #210 was in the north bound lane. When they passed Something, possibly a water bottle, came off that truck and smashed our windshield. He followed the truck and got his attention. The driver then had him follow to the company. While there he was told he would have to speak with Mr. Ford who was unavailable at that time. We waited for some time for a call back. Once he called he asked for us to come back to the company to write a report, take pictures and do an investigation. In the mean time my husband was losing out on work as we just moved to Picayune less then a month ago at this point. We were able to use money we had saved up for our new baby girl thats arriving any day now to repair the window at American Auto Glass. We did this so he wouldn't miss any more days of work. We paid out of our pocket $176.55. That same day of the repair, 2/18/19, we took a recipt in to Mr. Ford to show we did repair it but he was not available. Its now been 11 days since the accident, 8 days since the repair.... And still no phone call. No answer to our questions. Mr. Ford seems to be available immediately for the secretary but was not available for my lawyer who has called. We have liblity insurance and not full coverage. If this company cuts corners and does not take responsibility for their employees then what will they do for a customer who may have little to no idea about their products. Whats fair is fair. All we asked is for them to make it right. I hope someday someone doesn't do your company wrong and they make it right by showing kindness and compassion."

"These guys are first class, if you've ever had problems with this company it's because of poor planning and scheduling on your part and hiring the wrong concrete finisher who blames he's shoddy work on the concrete company. I've built over 200 homes and i have never had the first problem with them whatsoever."
