"Shop anywhere else but Darby. They will lie to your face. Make promises that are not kept and will charge you all the money to repair a problem they created. Would not recommend."

"Don't do business with company. I work done by this company thinking I had a good deal with the price of the floors that I have chose. I got my floors installed and that's when their true colors came out with a $3,000.00 price hike. I asked why such high price increase and I was told that they didn't know that their were tile underneath the sticky tile which was a lie. Than they act like they was going to work with me with new price change which they did not. They did not call or email me about the price hike until all the work was done instead of letting me before or during the installation that they ran into some problems and there will be a price increase do I wish to continue or not. None of this information was giving to me (which by the way was made up since I was there during the whole installation process). Bad business practice and never had any problems with the previous flooring company I dealt with. So think twice before dealing with this business and make sure you take pictures and keep records if you deal with company."
