"Store was very clean, but they are limited on some products. They do not sell wig glue if you need it. This location is limited on ethnic products. The sales clerks were very nice and very helpful with providing suggestions though."

"I went in a few days ago not knowing what I was really looking for. Hailey took the time and had the patience to answer all of my questions, show me different product options, personal recommendations, and even pulled up examples on Pinterest of color combos that I was interested in. In addition to the good customer service, the store was well stocked, organized, and clean."

"The manager was rude so RUDE!!!! I was returning my items from an out of state Sally's. Instantly i felt unwelcome as i took all of my products out of my bag. The manager told me that the last product was not their's. ( i know it is not from this Sally’s location ) I said "Yes it is. It's from Sally's." Then she said well it wasn't from here. (Duh, read my receipt) i know the return policies and she was trying her best to not take them back. In the policy it doesn't state that if it is half way used they cannot take it. Sally's moto is "you don't love it, we will take it back". The manager also accused me of using half of a product then shook the bottle , since it was laying flat in my purse. (acting like I was trying to “trick” her or something on how much product was used). So i was told by her that i couldn't return it. But she had to take it back anyways because it is a buy 2 get 1 free, which they have to take it back anyways. All of them. Really happy that i got ALL my money back!!! The manager tried her best and didn't win. Never shopping here again. Rather go to Edgewater villages Sally's Beauty."

"Today, my boyfriend and I went to Sally Beauty for scissors specific for cutting hair and other hair products. Yes, the young pink-haired girl was courteous when we walked in and showed me where the scissors were kept but I felt as though she was keeping a close eye on the both of us as we are both African American. My boyfriend is the rational one between the both of us so before I reacted I asked him if he felt similarly and he did. While I was over in another aisle looking for blingy bobby pins, he said she passed him a few times, as though to see what he was doing and to make sure he was behaving. I put the scissors back and audibly said I'd rather go spend my money at Target. It felt as though she thought we were going to steal...little did she know we are both professionals with multiple degrees each and do not need to steal from anyone. Luckily, my boyfriend pulled me out of the store and didn't allow me to go back inside to gently correct the young pink-haired girl's behavior. We went to Target and Ulta close by and were met with courtesy and respect. I will never go to this beauty store again. They forget the black community makes up the majority of their customers and sales."
