"I took my son to their office for an evaluation. After several weeks, I did not hear back from their office at all. Instead, I got a call from my son's dentist asking if we could schedule his extraction. I was never informed of any plan of care from the Smile By Design office before orders were sent to the dentist. The doctor doesn't even meet with patients to go over the plan. When I called this office, I was told a plan of care had been mailed to me. How unbelievably impersonal. I spoke with the office manager and tried my best to politely explain my disappointment, however, she was not interested in the feedback. She simply stated that is how the doctor runs his office. She also said, good luck finding a doctor that will take your insurance."

"Smiles by design went above and beyond for my little one (age 8). They welcomed him with warm smiles and made him feel comfortable by taking time to explain the plan for the day. I’m grateful to all the staff for their helpfulness in making each appointment stress free for him. They did a beautiful job correcting his orthodontic misalignment. His smile is beautiful!
