"Great place to visit even if you are not a sports fan. It's very nicely organized with a video to orient you to its purpose and interactive exhibits. We didn't get to see all of it due to carpet maintenance, but we'll be sure to go back and finish. The staff were very personable and accommodating. It covers all sports and players, past and present who have hailed from the state or played for the state. Some present names haven't been inducted due to lack of tenure, but the staff will explain the parameters."

"This was my first stop when I got to Jackson, I'm a huge sports fans and like to enjoy sports museums for states who have them, so this one was a no brainer. When you first open the door you are greeted by an older women and gentlemen, both very nice folks. They have you watch about a 10 minute video on Mississippi sports, very nice short film. At first glance, I was amazed how clean and nice the museum was. As I proceeded to all of the memorabilia, I was impressed on the set up and how much stuff they had on display for all of the different athletes. I highly recommend making this one of your stops when visiting Jackson. You won't be disappointed if you're a sports fan."
