"We like to take our Aussie there to bathe him at the dog wash. Every time we go there the room is a mess. Wet towels everywhere, combs packed with hair, wet towels laying around, and the wash rack is always matted with wet fur. Today I had to fix one of the blow dryers because the hose was disconnected. When we first got there there were wet towels piled up on one of the drying stations. I didn't see any dry towels. After I moved the wet towels to the bin I discovered that they were sitting on top of a pile of dry towels. It was so bad today that while we were drying our Aussie, an older couple came in to wash their adult lab and the other wash rack was matted with hair so they had to use the one next to our drying station, which made it real crowded there. I fixed the broken blower on the other side and moved over there to dry our dog. The older couple that came in there while we were there were brought in by a staff member. The staff member opened the door and basically said, "Here you go." No attempt to explain the facilities. Nothing. Just showed them in and let them figure it out for themselves. What kind of customer service is that? Either a staff member needs to be responsible to keep that room clean or there needs to be a refundable deposit required to use it."

"Worst customer service I’ve had out of the 4 tractor supply stores I visited today. This store in byram mississippi is super nice inside but the employees I encountered today were the exact opposite, rude with their glare looking on the face when I requested help. Ended with being told “no telling where they are” oh yeah thanks for nothing and let me waste an hour of my life having to hunt the whole store looking for myself. What a terrible way to treat a customer, the. Clinton Ms store was 100% different those folks need to come train these place holders"

"I will say this is a friendly store of all. With that be said I feel your Employees should be more knowledgeable on things. Everyone of tractor supply employee can't help a customer.. let ask this lady she looks like she know.. So yes I help the customer while I'm a customer.. Plus I got 4 chicks I ask guy what 1 breed was he said I don't know. So I Google chick. At same time I was Educated him on chicks & chicken.. I've said this alot about tractor supply.. it seem just after the pay check. But me as customer I pay your check the company just sign it.. Both employees did walk off left me help.. To me should listen to & learn.."

"Had a 4am appointment for 05-26-2023. Made it a day early at 10:00am and was unloaded as soon as I made it. Great experience. Will come back anytime. Store was recently built. Very friendly people. My unloader was Clyde, great guy!!!"
