"I love this place. I’ve went to a lot of salons trying to find a good one & this place is by far my favorite. Dat, the owner, is hilarious & always strikes up conversation. The regulars here are extremely kind & pleasant to talk to. The women nail artists are so talented! I was getting acrylic nails for the longest time & the owner informed me that dipped nails is the way to go but that other salons will usually talk you out of it to upsell. But I love how honest he was with me in telling me that dipped doesn’t harm your nails the way the acrylic does also. They’re super helpful, take their time, & are all around so fun! My daughter loves it here, too. She’s 10. But for those with younger girls, they have an Elsa Frozen pedicure chair for them to sit in. The chairs have massagers. I feel like that’s worth mentioning. That & they offer you drinks while you’re there. I give them all the stars!"
"Absolutely my favorite nail salon in the Rankin County area. I have been using them for at least 6 years now and have never left disappointed. They are all so sweet and ask how me and my family are doing each time. Not to mention each time I break a nail or need something fixed they are always so kind and willing to fix it with no charge.❤️"
"Stay away from this place. They RUINED my nails. They are splitting, cracking, and weak after getting a manicure done here. They have never been in worse condition than they are after going to this place. I wasn't even given what I was asked for, and then was over charged twice the price we originally discussed (which was also an overcharge from what they did instead). When we told them we had been charged double the price we were qouted, and they refused to refund any of the money. They also did not provide any kind of receipt for the services. Not only that, but the polish started peeling off within 24 hrs and was mostly gone after about 3 days. Absolutely incompetent, and awful customer service (the man who owns the place being the worst of all). Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Do NOT go here, they do not deserve your money and you risk having your nails destroyed and being overcharged without refund. In response to the owner: We told you exactly what we wanted, which was a 2 normal manicures (not gel) we were qouted for $40. There was no discussion on any change of service so there was no way we "agreed" to a change, nor was there any time you told us the price would increased to $80 (even at check out; we only found out after we had left when we checked our card statement). If you decided to change what we asked for without actually consulting us, you are still in the wrong here. We would have NEVER agreed to the change since it's not what we wanted and was far too expensive for a manicure. Also, how would I tell the manicure was going to peel and damage my nails right after I got them? We went through the credit card company because we wanted to avoid confrontation, because we did not feel comfortable talking to you about it. And yes, my mother-in-law has been going here for years and now refuses to after how you've handled this, which I think is telling. It's also so convenient that every negative review is "erroneous" and an "attack on your business". Its not. This is me warning others of the situation because I cannot in good faith, not let people know how we were treated and how awful my nails are due to your actions. I do not want people to have what happened to us happen to them because it is quite obvious you think you can do no wrong and you do nothing to try and rectify the bad situations you cause. Instead you just straight up lie about what happened. Your customers deserve better."
